Winners are chosen through a simple yet thorough company assessment designed to gather detailed information about workplaces. Employers complete an in-depth questionnaire on benefits and offerings, and employees have the opportunity to offer their feedback through a company-wide survey about the organization’s leadership, benefits, culture, training and development, and overall satisfaction. Both portions of the assessment are considered and analyzed when naming winners and deciding who has what it takes to be the “best.”
