Equity & Inclusion

We believe business leaders have a responsibility to create value for all stakeholders by taking on initiatives that improve society at large.

We are committed to social impact and sustainability, and prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. Over 50% of our Managing Directors and above and 60% of our Board of Directors identify as women.

RF|Binder has established a Social Justice Committee, which focuses on deepening our social justice work both internally and with our clients and community. It now consists of four subcommittees – Culture of Belonging, Recruitment and Talent Pipeline, Voter Access and Right to Vote, and Daily Impact in our Work.



Our team is passionate, collaborative, focused on making an impact and having fun in the process! Taking advantage of our flexible and hybrid working environment, we come together both within and outside of our day-to-day work. We stay engaged by leading with empathy and connecting on a daily basis. We host creative team building activities, virtual wine tastings, cooking classes, movie nights and game nights; these events are also complemented with care packages sent throughout the year to our team.

RF|Binder is a member of 1% for the Planet®, a global organization whose purpose is to inspire commitment and action so that our planet and future generations thrive. RF|Binder donates 1% of revenues to address the most urgent environmental issues of our time.

Partnerships with HBCUs and Diverse Organizations

We have a unique opportunity to engender action and positive change, not only through our work, but through empowering the next generation of communicators. As such, RF|Binder has a partnership with Hampton University and works closely with the Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications to provide scholarships to two exemplary students per year, and provide networking, mentoring, learning and development opportunities to all the students in the program.


Our Supplier Diversity Program

RF|Binder has a rigorous supplier diversity program, seeking suppliers that help us give our clients the highest level of service. We define diverse suppliers as businesses that are at least 51% owned or operated by the following: minorities, women, veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community and persons with disabilities.


We look for diverse suppliers that can provide competitive, high-quality goods and services. And we include diverse suppliers as a part of our procurement process.


We ensure that employees in decision-making positions are empowered to advance RF|Binder’s supplier diversity program and goals.


We educate employees, as well as existing and prospective suppliers, about our supplier diversity program.
