Amy Binder will continue role as Chair and CEO
NEW YORK, NY, June 8, 2022 – RF|Binder, a fully integrated communications and consulting firm headquartered in New York City, announced today that Rebecca Binder, formerly Senior Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives, has been promoted to President of the firm. Amy Binder will continue as Chair and CEO. In her new role, Rebecca will focus primarily on expanding and strengthening the firm’s services and solutions, so RF|Binder can continue pushing boundaries and creating impact for our clients. Rebecca also serves as a member of RF|Binder’s Board of Directors.
Rebecca joined the RF|Binder team in 2018 as Senior Managing Director overseeing Strategic Initiatives. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded, grown and strengthened its integrated solutions services across the firm, including strategic communications consulting, paid and digital media and content creation, as well as advanced data and analytics offerings. Now as President, she is responsible for setting and implementing strategic goals for future growth as well as overseeing all operations.

Prior to joining RF|Binder, Rebecca had over a decade of experience working at management and innovation consulting firms. She worked at Innosight, a growth strategy consulting firm founded by Clayton Christensen, a Harvard Business School professor, and the foremost authority on disruptive innovation. While at Innosight, she advised C-suite executives on developing long-term transformational growth strategies. Previously, she worked with the global management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led cross-functional teams in its federal practice, advising clients on strategic planning, process improvement, risk management, data quality, and performance monitoring.

Rebecca received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her AB with honors in International Relations from Brown University.
