ReNew had built its reputation as the largest independent renewable energy producer in India and was positioning itself as a model for the global south. As a newly public company in the United States and the first Indian renewables company to be listed on the Nasdaq, ReNew looked to our team to reinforce its leadership in the global renewables market and break through to institutional investors in the U.S. market.

With India at the heart of the global clean energy transition, RF|Binder’s strategy was to build a thought leadership platform that placed ReNew and CEO Sumant Sinha at the forefront of the clean energy transition in India and reinforce its position as a model for the global south. Core to our strategy was developing clear messaging that underscores ReNew’s business value while also leveraging the broad array of issues being discussed by global leading figures and the media around climate change, the growth of renewable energy solutions and technologies, and the steps being taken by governments and private enterprise as part of the transition to a more sustainable economy.
